Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and concentration.  In this
relaxed state, the
subconscious mind is better able to
absorb information, suggestions, creative imagery, and
directions to change behaviors.  It focuses on the areas
upon which you want to
improve and on the ways in which
you wish to change them, without your
conscious mind
filtering, analyzing, or interfering with the desired change.

Hypnosis is an 'altered' state of consciousness; you are
NOT asleep or
unconscious.  You are fully aware of
everything that is said or done.

I refer to my method of hypnosis as 'self-hypnosis' , since
YOU control the process.  It is not some mysterious
process that occurs or happens, or that I 'do to you'.  
My goal
is to teach you this level of control, to alter your own state of
relaxation and consciousness.  To tap into your own
subconscious so that you are more receptive to suggestions
and therapy and more motivated to explore your own
potentials to control psychological and physiological
responses and behavior.

Your brain is like a computer. Within its various parts,
conscious, subconscious and unconscious, it holds
everything you have ever learned,  your learning techniques,
ability to remember, your concentration, your
focus and
control
.  It also holds your training techniques. It holds your
feelings associated with
positive behaviors and actions.  
Unfortunately it also holds the
negative feelings, thoughts,
reactions, we have experienced.   BUT !! That is where
hypnosis is so successful and useful.
 Those negative
feelings
, thoughts, reactions are all held in the Conscious
mind.  Hypnosis allows you to get past the
conscious mind,
which is the first step in our
thinking, and allows us to
access the
SUBCONSCIOUS mind which will enable you to
tap into
forgotten assets and hidden potentials so that you
can transcend or get past the conscious mind's control and
limiting nature, and
EXCEL at anything you have chosen.
